Technician

No successful Newman Restoration project is ever carried out without a skilled and friendly technician. Project Manager:

Position Description:

The project manager oversees all projects and supports the field team members. This individual should be able to provide direction for all services provided by Newman Restoration and Cleaning from inception to completion. Highly detailed and strong coordination is key to being successful in this role. The ideal candidate has experience in the restoration and cleaning industry as well as experience in construction. The position requires strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills for customer retention and trust within team members.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

  • Review and develop insurance estimates through Xactimate.
  • Review and upload pertinent documentation from the field such as photos, estimates, work authorizations, change orders, service acknowledgment and customer satisfaction forms to project database in a timely and organized manner.
  • Handles all estimating inquiries for the team and demonstrate high level of problem resolution and technical assistance.
  • Communicate with various team members identified areas for efficiency and consistency.
  • Be knowledgeable in the insurance industry. Including but not limited to; keep up on technologies, equipment, processes, etc.
  • Knowledge of best practices & procedures in water, fire, and mold trades
  • Assist in creating invoices for jobs/projects
  • Manage and control costs of production projects
